Built from the ground up in 2026, this residence was never adapted, converted, or retrofitted for hospitality—it was imagined that way from day one. Every decision, from the floor plan and bedroom placement to the soaring ceilings, expansive windows, natural light, and effortless flow between spaces, was made with the guest experience in mind. The architecture creates a true sense of arrival: grand, open, light-filled, and elevated, yet still warm enough to settle into immediately. Think boutique-hotel scale and polish with the privacy, comfort, and freedom of an entire home—purpose-built for gathering beautifully, retreating comfortably, and making the stay itself part of the experience.

So we built in the things that make a day at home feel like part of the trip: a brunch-ready kitchen and espresso machine for slow mornings, a dedicated work-from-home station with fast Wi-Fi when real life calls, yoga mats and light weights when you want to move, and an EV charger quietly handling tomorrow's plans.

Out back, the day can move at your pace. Soak in the hot tub, fire up the grill, play a round of mini golf, pull out the yard games, or settle into the lounge under the string lights.

And because every stay looks a little different, some things can be tailored to yours. Traveling with a little one? Let us know ahead of time and we can arrange essentials like a high chair, Pack 'n Play, or bassinet.

Then there are those little "we forgot…" moments. Local support is close by when you need it.
